Building Strong Foundations Through Play, Relationships & Discovery
The earliest years are a remarkable period of growth. Our full-time Child Care program provides a nurturing, engaging environment where children can build relationships, develop confidence, explore their surroundings, and learn through meaningful play.
Inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy, we see every child as curious, capable, and full of potential. Educators observe children's interests, questions, and emerging abilities and use those observations to create experiences that encourage exploration and extend learning.
Our program follows Teaching Strategies Creative Curriculum for Early Learning, with a whole-child approach that supports children's social-emotional, physical, language, cognitive, literacy, mathematical, scientific, and creative development.

Learning Through Experience
At this age, learning happens everywhere. Building with loose parts, experimenting with water, exploring nature, creating art, singing, moving, engaging in dramatic play, and interacting with others all become opportunities to develop important skills.
Children also experience music and a variety of movement activities, supporting physical development, coordination, communication, creativity, and self-expression.

Outside Every Day
We believe children need time and space to move, explore, investigate, and connect with the natural world. Children head outdoors twice each day for approximately one hour at a time, making outdoor learning an important and consistent part of the Creekside experience.
These aren't simply breaks from learning—the outdoors becomes another classroom. Children investigate changing seasons, encounter natural materials, develop gross motor skills, take developmentally appropriate risks, solve problems, and build confidence and resilience through active exploration.
