Submit the Waitlist Fee

A $50 waitlist fee is required with your application.
 

Please send your e-transfer to:

The $50 waitlist fee is applied toward the total $100 application fee should your family move forward in the admissions process.

Upload Required Documents

Please upload the following with your application:
 

• A copy of your child's Birth Certificate

• School applicants only (Kindergarten–Grade 12): A completed Student Recommendation Form from a previous teacher, school administrator, childcare provider, or other professional who knows your child well.

Application Review

Once your application has been received, our Admissions Team will carefully review it.
 

If space is available within the requested program and your application aligns with our admissions criteria, a member of our team will contact you to arrange the next step in the process.

Intake Meeting

Your intake meeting is an opportunity for us to get to know one another.

During this meeting, you and your child will:
 

• Meet with a member of our Admissions Team

• Learn more about Creekside's philosophy and programming

• Tour our campus

• Discuss your child's educational journey and learning needs

• Ask questions about our programs and community

• Review next steps in the admissions process

Admissions Decision

Following the intake meeting, our Admissions Team carefully reviews all information to determine whether Creekside is the right fit for your child and family.
 

Admission decisions are based on several factors, including program availability, the student's individual needs, and alignment with Creekside's educational philosophy and community.
